My name is Jacques, and I spend my days in a quiet workshop, surrounded by tools, bags of moss, perlite, stones, cement.. and shapes waiting to be born.
There is nothing particularly modern here.
And yet, within these walls, my pockets are full of dreams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Art of Hypertufa<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am over seventy years old, and I work with hypertufa \u2014 a raw, mineral material that has been somewhat forgotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my hands, it comes alive.
It becomes a place of welcome, a texture, a quiet and imperfect beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each piece carries traces of time, pressure, and patience.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not a Manual, but a Story<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This space comes from the heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not a how-to guide, nor a collection of instructions.
I write for those who are drawn to slow creation, silent observation, and letting the material speak for itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are looking for shortcuts, you won\u2019t find them here.
But if you enjoy the long way around, you may feel at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Lifetime of Learning<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I didn\u2019t learn this at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I learned it with my hands, my instincts, and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now, I want to share that experience \u2014 not as a lesson, but as an invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
